We all have struggles. No person is exempt from this fact. I know first hand that life can be tough and challenging at times. But what if I told you a mind-blowing little secret I have learned? One that could free you from the limiting beliefs that keep you locked into patterns of struggle.
Life is meant to be easy.
I know there are many of you that felt compelled to roll your eyes as you were reading this. But, hear me out!
What if we began to look at our struggles as a guide to switch gears, deviate from our current path, and try something a little different?
When struggles arise in our life, the end result is always big change. It may not happen immediately, and usually if that is the case the struggle gets a lot worse before we see change. But I want you to look at any struggle in your life from the past, and then look at the end result. Life’s struggles always guides you to the next life step, the next big adventure, or the next great love.
Sure, often the journey to arrive at the next destination can be a painful one. We as humans resist change instinctually. (Especially if you are an extreme type-A personality, like me!)
But what if at the first signs of struggle we just let go and let in whatever was the next step for our highest good? When you are on the right track life feels easy and joyful. Try and look at your struggles as a sign to redirect you to the path of where you are meant to be.
Relationships take work. But for the most part they should feel supportive, uplifting, and bring you happiness. If the day-to-day business of being together brings you pain, be open to letting that person go with love to allow more fulfilling relationships in.
Working is a part of life for many of us. In my opinion you should always love what you do, be treated well and feel like you are compensated properly for the gifts you bring to the table. We spend 1/3 of our life working, so if everyday feels like a struggle or something to dread, I want you to know your worth and adjust your circumstances or explore other options where you will be appreciate for your 40+ hours of dedication a week!
Financials are the number one struggle I hear from my clients. But the first step to change money struggles begins with you! If you are in a financial mess, I would bet my life that you aren’t handling your money with love and care. Pay your bills with love and be thankful for the services that were provided to you – those that supply you with cell phones, internet, water and heat deserve to be paid too. Also, make sure you keep a spreadsheet of incoming and outgoing money. Set a spending budget (don’t forget to include savings!) and stick to it. Changing these few interactions with your finances will greatly and dramatically change your relationship with your finances. When you show you can be grateful for what you have, you will always attract more.
Your body is the vessel that carries you though this beautiful life. So when it’s getting sick, achy or run down – it’s a clear sign you need to be treating it better with optimal nutrition and exercising. Being in pain or sick doesn’t need to be a part of life. We all experience health issues, however, treating your body optimally will limit or eliminate these discomforts. You deserve to have a healthy body and that comes from a healthy mind that makes better choices!
