Spring is finally here and that means flowers and animals and sunshine. But most importantly, it means skirts and dresses and booties!
However much I love the cold weather, I am beyond ready to change out of my jeans and put on a super cute strapless dress and my favorite jean vest. This spring is all about pattern and colors, and I could not be more excited.
Most important fashion tip for this spring: go crazy! Whether you choose a pair of embroidered high-waisted shorts and a simple v-neck with a pair of Chuck Taylors, or a pastel skirt with a button up blouse, wear whatever you feel great in.

The thing I love so much about spring fashion is that it’s truly the best time to show your true colors: literally. In every other season everyone is wearing the same thing. Sweaters in fall, coats in winter, or tank tops in summer. But in spring there is a chance for everyone to wear something different. All of the different patterns and colors give you a chance to find something you feel awesome in and show it off to all of your friends and family.
When it’s a little chilly outside, I love to wear rolled-up cropped jeans with my brown Steve Madden booties and a colorful sweater. When it finally gets warmer, I usually wear flowy shorts with some type of fun pattern and a simple, loose blouse on top.
If you’re not comfortable with a ton of pattern, there is nothing wrong with going simple this spring. Sometimes less is more, and this rule totally applies to your clothes as well. A cute t-shirt and jeans with your most comfortable pair of sneakers is perfect for this season. You’ll be comfortable and look adorable at the same time.
Most importantly, just try to be yourself and show off who you are with your clothes this spring. No matter what you wear, you’re going to look amazing if you have the confidence to wear it. For all you know, you could start a new trend that everyone will be wearing by the end of the season!
