Learning Objectives for 1 Scoop Leadership, 1 Scoop Passion

  • Members will identify their passions

  • Members will discover intersection of their leadership identity (from month 1 of Leadership unit) and their passions in order to curate their Purpose Formula

  • Members will discuss macro problems + issues present in the world that are relevant to them

  • Members will engage in dialogue about problems + issues present in the world that were previously unknown or not experienced by them personally.

 

Use these Discussion Questions at your next IATG Chapter Meeting

  • Knowing your values from last month, which value of yours do you think is most evident to other people?

  • Let’s talk passion. What would you say you’re passionate about?

  • Where do your specific passions come from? Any personal experiences that led you to these passions?

  • What limiting beliefs do you hold about yourself and your ability to succeed at making your passion part of your life?

  • When thinking about your passions, what are the problems in the world you would say are important to you?

  • What are some things you are passionate about changing here at our school?

  • Has anyone shared any issues / passions today that you hadn’t thought about much before?

  • Leadership isn’t just speaking up on behalf of the voiceless; it is also learning to pass the mic. Who are some underrepresented communities or people groups that deserve to take up space?
